Gym way too hot and stuffy. Parking lot in back not open and no parking. Not in a good area to ask women to walk from down the street in dark. 8. With brands like Arsenal, Rogue, and Atlantis, you are sure you are training with high-quality equipment. Every lift, press, and pull are specifically designed to optimize your performance. It's a gym addict's dream come true. The atmosphere at Core 24 is bubbling, targeting the influencer populace with a chic vibe. While this may not fit everyone's taste, the air injects a unique feel that's hard to find elsewhere. The music can sometimes be excessively loud, detracting from the workout. Others may find the high-energy beats invigorating, but some may prefer their playlist. Core 24 has up to standard facilities. The bathrooms are clean, and the dressing rooms offer a convenient spot for pre and post-workout routines. Also, the lack of a contract gives you flexibility, as you only need 30 days notice to terminate your membership. The $125 per month fee may seem high, but once you consider the gym's quality equipment and service, it's a bargain. It's way below Life Time's $220 monthly fee; thus, Core 24 gives you a bang for your buck. To improve, Core 24 should include a sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub, making the workout experience better. Also, dedicated stretching area for post-workout recovery would be a plus. The cardio section also lags behind as it barely meets the same standards as the strength training section. Core 24 is a gym lover's paradise. Its equipment, fashionable atmosphere, and attention to quality make it an ideal gym. I am considering a switch from Life Time. Core 24 is a great choice to elevate your workout.
