I summited a complaint, and no manager has contacted me. Facebook Messenger just has an automatic replay, plus emails are sent with no replay.. Very disappointed after years of being a client! I have not received a confirmation of my cancelation of membership nor a refund! I have been a client for many years! Unbelievable! Had a terrible experience with a technician "Abi", and seems this company does not care. Rude, disrespectful, and even screaming at me, plus pointing fingers in front of my face. UPDATE; After 2 weeks and after posting bad reviews I got a text addressing the situation, BUT lying they had called me and got my voicemail. NO MISSED CALLS OR VOICEMAILS, at all. Why? Because they never called! Be aware that they delete complaints too.
