Don Duffy Architecture opened in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1995. Its architectural designs can be seen throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. These professionals work diligently together to give clients the best services possible while making their journey enjoyable. Don Duffy, a long-time customer, has recommended us to many repeat clients, meaning we also have many siblings from the same families. Being referred to as the "architects of the family" is a great pleasure. Our team believes no task is too small, and all require careful thought and attention. We adapt to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. Kraig obtained Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Architecture degrees in 1994 and 1995, respectively, from UNCC. He later obtained the AIA Registered Architect credential. Kraig has over ten years of experience at Don Duffy Architecture. He also worked for Shook Design Company for two years and Jenkins-Peer Architects for five years. He has diverse portfolio experience in retail and restaurant stores, nature reserves, and university buildings. Kraig became interested in residential architecture after working on multi-family projects, including South Dormitory at Queens College, Sharon Towers Residential Tower, and Sharon Towers Residential Tower. Most of his work now involves mountain residences through DDA. He has served on juries for the Historic Charlotte Home Awards and the College of Art & Architecture of UNCC.
