Groove Management LLC helps people and organizations identify their strengths and learn how to utilize them. This is what we call "finding your GROOVE." This idea dates back to the Appreciative Inquiry theory, which originated in the 1980s. The original article was written by David Cooperrider, Suresh Shrivastva, and Suresh Rajastva in 1987. They argued that excessive problem-solving can hinder researchers and managers from developing new organizational models and theories. Groove Management has extended the idea through our work in appreciative inquiry and applied it to an approach to executive coaching and organizational improvement.
