Reviews Summary
Based on the reviews, Jan Dils Law is highly recommended. They do a lot of pro bono work for veterans, and their team is professional and compassionate. Regardless of the client's number of referrals, each person recommends the firm. They provide clear and timely communication, which makes a stressful process less so. The firm made the application easy, especially for those who struggled before, by guiding each client step by step. The clients feel that they are in capable hands, and they thank the team when they finally get their claim approved. The consensus about the firm is that they are supportive, professional, and experienced in handling disability claims for veterans.
Sadly , I have to agree to the rest of the Veterans who feel ignored by this firm ! I heard great things and decided to give them a try . Initially, they were super helpful ! Just as soon as the process actually started, I received another call or so about information and what to expect . It is now December and I haven’t talked to my “case worker” since . Bare in mind my case was “handed off” to 2 other associates who literally couldn’t tell you who I am . I found out my rating while at a Voc Rehab appointment actually . Maybe 2 wks later I got a call from the firm, she explained my rating and I made sure to explain that I was dissatisfied and would like to appeal my decision… in October . It’s now mid December , never received an email , never received a call , can’t seem to get anyone on the phone but a voicemail . Did I forget to mention , according to the DVA , no appeal has been entered and no one knows what amount the firm will receive .
