Completely dropped the ball with my case to get guardianship for my mother. Numerous phone calls and texts and emails urging me to give them almost $6,000 to start. Once I sent them money, then I can't anything done, wont return emails, phone calls by admins say they will get back to me, but never a response. Now I will have to fight to get my money back. They told me several times that documents were sent for me to sign, but a month and a half later and still no documents, can't get email response or return of phone calls. Absolute mistake to engage them for elder law issues. Would give zero stars if possible. Will have to fight them for a refund now, what a joke.
We met with an attorney in May 2021 to begin the probate process for my deceased brother. It is now September 2023 and we are still waiting on closure with this matter. We have spoken numerous times to different attorneys, staff members, and even Greg McIntyre himself for updates on the status. With each conversation, we’re more frustrated because we cannot get closure. we hear the same stories over and over each time it’s reassigned to someone else. It is not complex. The man died with no will, no dependents, no debt, and almost no assets, and very little money in the bank. I would never recommend Law Firm to anyone. We have been treated so disrespectfully, and it has been such a confusing process from the get-go. Very disappointed.
