I have been going to Milan for almost 1 year now, everyone is very nice and very friendly. I like going only to one location as it is the closest from my home. I have purchased two different services from them now but that’s not the problem, the problem is that this is the 3rd different time they had canceled my appointment after I have waited anxiously for my appointment to arrive. I have a very busy schedule and can not keep reschedule like that. Every time they use the excuse of a nurse being sick. So I called the office and when someone answered I said so you are open? They told me that they are open just for consultations only, first of all why are you open to take new clients, when you have clients that are paying you every month and are being pushed back on there appointments?? I’m confused. If you don’t have enough help as is, why the heck are you taking new clients. FIRST help the ones that you have! I am very unhappy about this situation and will not be purchasing anymore services again.
