They were both friendly and professional considering the project's magnitude and the very tight crawl space. The job took an additional day since the crawl area was tight and required more effort. Having an additional crew member would have made it easier for both us and the two technicians. However, they finally completed the job, and we are pleased with the outcome. The weather was favorable during the project, and having an extra day was not a big issue as long as the job was done right. We got lucky, and it was a successful project. 3 Stars from me. This time Mr. Hunter Lefler came into our house to prepare my air system for the summer. He did a thorough cleaning and repair of my entire air system, which now looks like new, as you can see from the photo. He also inquired about duct cleaning and showed me some of the dust that had built up in the duct. I have been living in this house, which was built in 1979, without having the ducts professionally cleaned. The price he gave me for the duct work was also fair, and I plan to have him clean the ducts within the next two weeks. Brian was easy to talk to and kept me updated throughout the process. The company has gone above and beyond to update you on who is coming to your house, and they adhered to the timeline. Various technicians came in and out of my house for days, but when they were done, there was nothing to show that they were at my house.
