Terrible customer service. They will take your money and cancel your appointment before a big event over 3 minutes, there was zero empathy given when I was telling her I was in the parking lot on a work call which is why I was a few minutes late. Front desk girl was extremely rude and unprofessional, she made a terrible day even worse and had no respect for me as a customer. Oh did I mention they only had ONE other customer there but they were “so busy there was absolutely nothing she could do to help me.” Will never go back. Keep my prepaid tan since you also told me I couldn’t get a refund to top all of this off.
