I worked with Sally Said So for 1 1/2 months, putting in a lot of time in between trainings, and was very disappointed as my very large dog was still dragging me down the street. Took my dog for an evaluation with another trainer who was able to achieve more in 30 minutes with my dog than they had been able to achieve in a month and a half. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and they refused to stand by their product or issue any form of refund. Training is not one size fits all and they were unable to adjust - all at an incredibly high cost.
