My stylist, Lexus, was very helpful and honest and made recommendations to stop the products that were drying my hair and really encouraged me to build a regime. Lexus even mentioned where I can get nice and affordable wigs and I will also be coming back her next time to get started with the preparation of a feast celebration we plan to have in April. Came today to buy some bundles for my birthday, alexis was great! very helpful, sweet and informative. I'll definitely be coming back Alexis had me booked and ready. Lexus is LOVELY, INFORMATIVE AND PATIENT. Can’t wait to come back!!! Great atmosphere, pleasant team members, and hands down the best bundles in CLT. Today I opted for a sew-in and Keonna did a phenomenal job. She was quick but precise! I have been looking for a stylist for a while now since I moved to CLT.. I finally found one at Salon 527.. everything was nice from the service, the shampoo everything… Deja got me together and Alexis was awesome as well with her customer service and getting me an appointment on such short notice.. I don’t wait long at all once I got there. They even offered me a snack.. I will be back for sure!!! Lexus was amazing!! My hair came out so tea + straight / silky. I will 100% be back! + Alexis at the front was so nice as well + very patient when all my cards were declining! I had Asiah do me and wash and blow dry she was so sweet and kind she also takes her time to make sure you receive the best service , I came in for just wash and blow dry then ended up needing a trim and she was able to fill that in for me also . I was even 8 min late to my appointment and was still seen overall everyone in the salon was super sweet and made me comfortable since I walked in I would be back thank you so much asiah for the great experience Asiah was attentive and professional with her customer service. Hair turned out great. Thank you!
