SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Sunset Cars receives glowing customer reviews, endorsing their professionalism and skill in selling used cars. Directly addressed are positive aspects like Hans’ flexible, customer-oriented approach despite the stringent pandemic health measures and how Marvin’s Carfax listing is accurate and the used car presentation is fantastic that when customers visit the used car lot, the disappointment can find. Many equate affordability to excellent car quality, and the fact that it has high mileage should be taken as a normal wear and tear. Almost every person says that the buying process and financing option they offered were helpful and customer-friendly bank information. Hans also expressed his experience and negotiating expertise, stating affordability from every angle that the customer is contented with its excellent quality. Many reviewers stated a positive experience and strong recommendations for the company. In general, a business that strongly recommends setting an appointment to promote customer satisfaction is described in the technical approach and the specifics of the car’s features from another angle. In conclusion, information like prices, professionalism, customer relations, car quality, and business location are some of the essential matters that should be considered more by the business in communication. Other queries have been on wear and tear effects and difference between mileage of the car as well as management measures on our cars like cleaning. However, this business is the best when you focus on your budget, and quality comes first.

I wish there was a place to leave negative ten stars. This is a DEFINITE BUYERS BEWARE!!!! We were pre-approved by the bank to purchase the Yukon. We made a deposit in cash of $399. He told us that this was a docketing fee. Never heard of that, but we paid it. At first we want to purchase the olive green Ford Expedition, and he lied and told us that it was sold. I know he lied because when we made the deposit the Yukon was immediately removed from his website, but the Expedition remained. I did not like being lied to, but understood he was just being a car sales men and wanted a larger commission, because the Yukon cost more than the Expedition. We drove off with the Yukon and immediately the Service tire light came on.Something felt wrong, because the car we test drove nothing should up on the dash. And hit me, the car we test drove was not the car we purchased. There were too separate cars. He sprayed painted the tires black and Armour-All the tires to give appearance that the tires were new. My husband spent $450 for new tires. The service light remained and then 3-4 hours later and 15 mins into our 8 hour drive to visit our new granddaughter, the parking assist sensor appeared. At that point, we stopped to the gas station...my husband lifted the hood of the SUV; a pool of antifreeze poured at his feet. He turned on his flashlight; he found red "Drip Rags" held up the antifreeze reservoir. We drove back to Hans, and told what happened he took the car back and took out 3 Drip Rags and told us the radiator was cracked. I told him that we no longer wanted the car and wanted our money back. I told him that we had 3 days Recession of the discussion of the purchased. He said no, but if he were to give us a refund he would have to keep 15% of the $6,891 check for car detailing and advertising of the vehicle. I said, "NO!" Because we did not agree to that clause in the contract. And that is not covered under the Lemon Law. He said that he want us to leave his property and he was calling the police. I said, " Good Please call..." I am physically handicap, I can't run. We waited and explained to the police everything. He went and talked to Hans. He returned and told us that Hans wanted off his property and that the car would remain on the property for 10 days and after 10 days he would send the vehicle to Junk Yard. Why would we keep or pay for a car that is worthy of being for a Junk Yard? We won't and we can't afford that kind of lost. So the car remains at the lot. Yes, he kept $399 docking fee and we are out the $450 and we loss what we paid for tires and all we paid to prepare for the trip to visit our new grandbaby, but we lost the opportunity of creating the new memories with family. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS BAD TO THE BONE...AND THEY DON'T MIND RISKING YOUR LIFE FOR A BUCK¡!! That SUV could have caught on fire with us in it!!! .
