What our customers have to say about The Modern Aesthetic: Initial Botox visit and experience: I was super nervous to get Botox for the first time, but I had such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and friendly that it actually ended up being fun!! The environment is beautiful and luxurious, and it’s clear they are the experts in their craft. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for everyone—staff is professional, fancy clinic and my first time after many years! I made a consultation appt and had to pay $100 (i was told this is to hold the appt due to cancellations). I wanted a consult just so I can get questions answered about a service they provide, but told them im pregnant and it wouldn’t be anytime within that year. I just simply had a few questions about a treatment for after pregnancy and they said i have to have a consult zoom call in order to get them answered. I had the appt, and at the end i asked if i can get my $100 deposit back, and was told no that’s just how it goes. I had to make 4 separate phone calls, waiting for managers to call me back and got my $100 back after waiting months. It was a really disappointing experience and i was so surprised they charge people $100 for a 10 min consultation call for questions about a serious expensive treatment a person doesn’t know anything about, and wants some education on… that’s wild to me. The only way you “get your money back” is if you then schedule an appt that day - it goes towards that). I don’t like that sales tactic at all! I’ve switched to OVME and love it - they do not charge you to ask questions about any of their services. Sareena truly is amazing…She listens to the clients desired outcome and clearly communicates her objective to achieve that. She is approachable, warm and extremely knowledgeable….lets toss in she is also beautiful and professional—great combination in this industry! Sareena is amazing! I honestly couldnt be happier with my experience this was my second visit, and it somehow felt even better than the first. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and genuine kindness. The entire environment is so welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. My injector, Kendra, is incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted while also offering thoughtful, honest guidance. I never felt rushed or pressured—just completely comfortable and taken care of. That level of trust means everything. My results are absolutely beautiful and natural, exactly what I was hoping for (NS Rhinoplasty) I’m beyond grateful to have found someone so talented, gentle, and genuinely kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and already look forward to my next visit. Highly, highly recommend! Jem (Jessica) was amazing! I went to Jem for my brow lamination, wax, and tint. She was INCREDIBLE. So detail oriented and professional. She is an artist of her craft and very skilled. Jem is also so sweet and kind. I will definitely be back. Brianna was the best! I had the best experience with Brianna! She is so sweet and so efficient, it felt like I was in and out. Would highly recommend!!! HYDRA FACIAL is life Skylar Faulkenberry performed an amazing hydra facial on me. The entire experience was relaxing and in a serene atmosphere. The best facial I have ever had. I will book again. She is so sweet and informative on what the process entailed. Bri is incredible! Bri was the sweetest!! Put me at ease right away. I have an event coming up and was nervous about the timing and the look and she really made me feel at peace. I didn’t feel half of the injections because she was so gentle. Extremely professional and answered all of my questions, even when I panicked at the end! Can’t wait to see the results! Sareena is life changing Sareena is amazing! I’m usually so scared of needles and when I tell you I barely felt anything… she’s a pro. She talked me through some changes from my previous injector and I’m so excited to see how it turns around. Jessica came out and got me when I was lost outside and made checking out a breeze. It was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back again. Thank you!!! Jen and Kendra are AMAZING! The Modern Aesthetic is a 5star rating for me. The Staff is very welcoming and very respectful. Jem And Kendra or fantastic I recommend 100%. Brows on point By far the most relaxing aesthetic appointment I’ve ever had, Jem was amazing and so friendly but professional! The front staff was welcoming & helpful! My brows look better than they ever have & I will be coming back to get them done again in the future! Kendra is my go-to I absolutely positively love Kendra I drive 2.5 hours one way so I spend five hours in the car just to literally go there and back and she is worth it. I really miss the dark headed girl that was upfront the new girls very sweet, but I feel like after I paid almost $600 for tox she didn’t use my Allie which I gave her so I didn’t get to use my $20 off and also didn’t get points to my account for all that money I spent. I asked her about it then she told me she’d have to ask the front desk manager who isn’t there to even see if I can get my points added or the discount I was supposed to get cause she couldn’t refund me or go in and add my points. I’m not sure why she couldn’t have my points hoping to get this settled tomorrow. All that to the side truly Kendra and you personally and of course her skills are unmatched and I will continue to drive. She’s the only one I trust for lips. -Kayla White Perfect glow ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Kendra for over 4 years and she is truly that girl when it comes to aesthetic injections. Kendra and her team are the only ones I trust with my face. They have a way of making you look naturally refreshed, well-rested, and glowing without ever looking overdone. Every visit feels like a confidence boost I walk out looking like the best version of myself. Professional, talented, and so kind. If you want a subtle, beautiful glow-up, this is your place.
