ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Instructor, and Art Director Mark A. Gucciardi, trained at the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy, between 1998 and 2002. From 2000 to 2002, he was a drawing assistant professor at the Academy. He also offers portrait, landscape, and figure painting summer workshops. Gucciardi has taught at The Florence Design Academy, and the Scuola Internazionale di Comics (Florence, Italy). Drawings, paintings, and illustrations by Gucciardi are part of private collections in the US and Europe. This schedule includes both the oil painting and classical drawing courses. Classic figure life drawing and Bargues plates/casts drawing are the options for the drawing classes. There are also options for the painting classes, including Figure life painting, Painting projects, Portrait and Landscape. In a classic Atelier format, this Art Academy offers full and part-time programs. Our Part-Time and Full-Time programs accept students at all levels. Students can apply to participate in the part-time programs at any time, provided spaces are available (12-week blocks) The students who are full-time progress through their training every month (Fall/Winter, Spring, Summer, Summer)
