Trinity UMC Preschool Charlotte

Trinity UMC Preschool Charlotte provides an inclusive and excellent Christian preschool education for five-year-old children. We apply an emergent child-led curriculum, open-ended play, and nurturing relationships. We also foster a close relationship with Christ and establish spiritual teachings and practices for our students and their families. Play is the child's work. Our objective is to permit children to play unapologetically and encourage them to learn and discover. Our students have unlimited access to natural and structured materials such as paint, clay, modelling clay, and blocks. They engage in endless discoveries, problem-solving, social and emotional learning, and conceptual exploration. Because each child is unique, we tailor lesson planning and curriculum to each student's interests and abilities, keeping each child interested and engaged. We are committed to ministering to as many children as possible in the community to show God's love. We are excited to provide opportunities for children who otherwise couldn't afford a quality preschool experience through the Claudia Myers Scholarship Program. Preschool education is not a luxury for a select few; it is essential for your child's success.
