Waterbean Coffee

Open for the first time in Cornelius (NC) during the winter of 2013, Tony Vo and Annie, founders of Waterbean Coffee, had a conversation about making the perfect cup of coffee. They realized that they wanted to create a brand that understood how to mix water with coffee beans. The Waterbean Coffee brand started there with a simple conversation. Pour-Overs, French Presses, French Presses, Aeropresses, and more than five different espresso blends or single origins are available for sale at Waterbean Coffee. Every shop we own is different. We have grown fast after opening our first coffee shop. We opened another store and did way better. It’s about 4000sq/ft in size but it’s the biggest. We became the only international coffee shop in Da Nang, and we have 14 stores, our roastery and distribution center now. We are not a trend follower but a trendsetter. We want our customers to feel relaxed, comfortable, and enjoy their stay. We want them to meet, do their schoolwork, or have family get-togethers. Our goal is to be better than a coffee shop. The international experience of Tony’s brings a uniqueness to the coffee shop. This is evident in our menu or store design. Tony loves Henry Ford’s quote: “Quality is doing things right even when nobody is watching.”
