My wife and I purchased a bar from WoodnLuxury we received it in February of 2025. As it turns out, there were no independent reviews, such as this, for us to review before the purchase. There was no part of our purchase that was as depicted on their website or as shown in all of their online pictures. What we received was the most deficient piece of furniture we have ever purchased in both quality and finish and it was made in Egypt, not Italy as advertised.. We could post dozens of pictures we have taken of the deficiencies and poor workmanship. Following are only some of the most egregious problems we encountered: - We had to sand and refinish all of the wood shelves because of the extremely rough circular scratches caused by a rotary sander. - Multiple areas had large runs that had to be sanded down and refinished. - 80% of the glass had scratches. - The wiring for the lighting in the back bar Hutch had to be replaced. The stripped ends of the lamp wire used was just twisted together and taped. - The doors on the bar back needed to be cut down an 1/8" so as not to drag on the countertop. - Cabinet door hinges were attached with nails that came loose and had to be replaced with screws. - The door and drawer handles did not match and were different in style and color. - The brass footrest had to be replaced as the thin, welded-on tubing legs were bent. Even with all the deficiencies listed above, the footrest was the worst looking part of the bar. - The 'marble' surface was replaced with quartz as it was easily damaged by drink mixes. - The wood veneers were laminated to a substrate the was very soft and could be easily damaged. Particle board would have been a substantial improvement. - There was damaged veneer in multiple places the was horribly patched.
