Third comment: This law firm had both of my criminal charges dismissed by the second court date. At my first court date, Mr. McCartan was able to convince the court to modify a mandatory no-contact order, despite facing pushback from the District Attorney. He argued before the Judge and the D.A.'s motion to keep the order in place was denied. This allowed me to get back to an otherwise normal life with my family while awaiting trial. The second court date, Ms. Siever stepped in and talked to the D.A., before the judge, and my case was dismissed! I appreciate that this law firm was affordable and understanding.
