Feedback As always VectorVest never disappoints. One of the best honest, no nonsense daily market review for the $ as there is. Never start the day without it. Multiple entry levels. All for only $20. Per month. Feedback 3 The overall exposure to Vectorvest was great. Feedback 4 I have had a deeply disappointing experience with Vector Vest. In 2024, I paid for a full year of their service but rarely used it. Despite this, I was unknowingly enrolled in automatic renewal for 2025 without my explicit authorization. They claim to have sent a renewal email on December 29, 2024, but I never received it. If I had, I would have canceled the subscription immediately. The only reason I found out about the renewal was when I noticed the charge on my credit card. I promptly contacted Vector Vest to request a cancellation and refund. While they canceled my subscription for 2025, they refused to refund the amount, citing their strict "no refunds" policy. Their rigid approach and lack of proper notification reflect poor customer service and questionable business practices. Most reputable companies in the U.S. ensure multiple reminders before renewing subscriptions, giving customers a fair chance to opt-out. It’s frustrating that Vector Vest places all responsibility on the customer while failing to prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. As a business owner myself, I value fairness and accountability. Vector Vest's policies feel exploitative and far from customer-focused. I would not recommend their services. The customer support is outstanding. They are also innovating constantly to find new ways to improve and help their users make money. The most recent example of VV going "above and beyond" is their yearly Tampa two-day seminar. The seminar which can either be attended in person for a small fee or online for free has something for all VV users. This is something that takes a LOT of preparation on their part and they could charge an "arm and a leg" but they do not. Even though I have used VV for years and very experienced with the program, I always get new ideas from attending. Great Job! When comparted to other financial products their prices are very reasonable. They also have LOADS of training courses which are well thought out and impactful. AND, the most valuable thing is their excellent instructors on their various courses, with allows students to interact directly with them. They genuinely care about their students. Am on my second year of never having a losing trade! Great product and great customer service.
