THEIR WEBSITE STATES THEY TAKE CASES LIKE MINE, I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE, THEY CALLED ME BACK A WEEK LATER, TOLD ME SOME VERSION OF MY CASE STORY, ASKED ME TO EMAIL MY INFO, I SAID OK AND THEN RECEIVED A ONE LINER THAT THEY HAD TOO MANY CLIENTS AT THIS TIME...WEB SAYS THEY TAKE CASES LIKE MINE....THEY DIDN'T EVEN HEAR ME OUT!!! I was recommended to Wade Byrd law office for my personal injury case from a car accident. I can say unequivocally it was a huge mistake. This law firm not only mishandled my case, but they made multiple assumptions off of no research or legal work, which was far from the truth. Had they taken the time to critically think and researched my case, they would've seen this and saved me 3 years of an arduous process. The customer service was incredibly frustrating.
