Rick Shaw the DA had convicted people who had been innocent. 2001 I was led to believe my charges would be dropped due to cooperation with crooked Cherryville police department whom all officers involved were fired due to corruption! This was my very first offense and Hoyle and the D.A agreed upon a plea that would not result in felony charges..Unfortunately the judge Marcus Johnson overlooked them and handed down a horrible verdict! I tried contacting Larry and he never returned my call never attempted to appeal my case if u ask me he is just as corrupt!
