Customer Testimonials: Dr. Ramey or as I call him Dr.J is a really good dentist. The front desk greeted me as soon as I entered the building and they already knew who I was before I could tell them which made me feel really good. His assistant was so wonderful and very nice. I have sciatica and can't sit down for long and she went out of her way to make me comfortable. I really appreciated that. If you are a veteran and you use community care I highly recommend Greensboro Dental Associates. No Kidding! If your very anxious about going to the dentist please don't worry because I guarantee you won't feel that here. The front desk staff are excellent and so thorough. Give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed. Testimonials: 1. Wonderful visit...family oriented...felt comfortable from the get-go 2. I went here to have a crown glued on and was charged $180 for the visit. I was told the remaining cost would be covered by my insurance. Two months later, I received a call where they claimed I owed another $200 for a 5-minute exam and X-Rays. This was truly annoying. Now, three months after the visit, I am dealing with serious issues. The crown appears to have been improperly attached, has moved, and is grabbing food. My gums are swollen and I am now in pain. Now I am concerned I may need a root canal because of this. Due to my experience with both the billing and the quality of care I do not feel comfortable returning. 3. Everyone is very attentive and caring. 4. I was new to town, no dental insurance, and in a lot of pain. I could not recommend them highly enough. Good people. 5. If you are searching for a dentist look no further! Dr. Ramey and his staff are the best you will find. Kind, caring, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, are just a few words to describe this practice. They also have several plans to help you if in need of financial assistance. I was in need of a dental practice that was in my insurance plan. I was not having much success finding one in-network which had good reviews. Then I found GDA in my search. The office personnel were so kind, friendly, and helpful when I called that I knew I had found the right one. After my visit, my thoughts were confirmed. I found my forever dentist! Thank you Dr Ramey and staff. You're the best! 6. Very friendly and caring staff. My hygienist and Dr. Ramey are the best! 7. The most friendly dentist I’ve ever been too in my life.
