I contacted them bc I’m dealing with a workers comp case for the first time. The adjuster’s been dragging their feet; I haven’t received any monetary compensation or necessary medical treatment so I called the Greensboro location since they advised WC services. The attorney would not even extend a 5 min conversation bc my case wasn’t high profile enough. They would not honor their free initial consultation bc they didn’t see $$. I’m not an idiot I understand it’s about money but it should be about people first. If I do find out my situation is more serious than it looks I will be contacting an attorney who can at least take 5 minutes. Very bad first impression. So if anything ever happens again to me or someone that I know who do you think I’m going to call. The rest of these firms should follow their example!
