Triad Printing Customer Feedback Summary Alan – He was great and very efficient with such a last-minute request. I had a banner made, and I asked him to print it and add a photo for my daughter’s birthday (upcoming). Despite the short notice, he took care of everything quickly and professionally. Because of my schedule, I was running around quite a bit the day before the event, and he met me halfway to deliver it. This was a high level of customer service that meant a lot. Great customer service, if you ask me. I appreciate your time and service to get everything done so quickly! 5 stars  2.  I reached out to this company via email 3 days before I needed 2 shirts printed. After hearing nothing, I called. He said he could have the shirts done by the time I needed. The night before I asked if I could add a 3rd shirt which I was also assured they could accommodate... great! I was appreciative and was willing to pay whatever fees for the short notice request. So good! He tells me the day I was scheduled to pickup “I’m running late.” Ok. I ask if my shirts are ready and he says they are. My husband gets there and he tells my husband to hold on one second. My husband sits outside for 15 minutes only for him to call me and say no shirts. He did ask if he could deliver them to me as that is what he was on his way to do, but the time he could deliver would be too late. Very apologetic. Based on their high rating I don't believe this is how they typically operate, but unfortunately, this was my experience. 2 stars 3. I’m an up-and-coming designer, and I came here to get my first official brand hoodie made. The quality came out WAY better than I expected. The print is clear, the colors match perfectly, and the hoodie looks like something out of a professional line. It was also fast! I needed it by a specific day for a photoshoot, and he made sure it was ready on time. Communication was a little slow, but looking at what I got, that’s not a big deal. Clearly, he stays busy, but whenever we did talk, he handled everything I asked for. I definitely appreciate the work and the craft. I’ll be back for more pieces soon. Alan truly saved the day! I went to him in an extreme pinch after another printer cancelled my order last minute. I needed 70 spiral-bound driver handbooks ready for the next day, and in less than 5 hours Alan had every single one printed, bound, looking fantastic. The customer service aspect was hands down the best I've ever experienced - Alan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and the finished handbooks came out even better than I expected, with clean binding and professional quality. If you're looking for a printing company that delivers top-notch work and incredible service, look no further! These guys are the real deal, and I'll definitely be using them again!
