Customer Reviews: 1. This has to be the most useless lawyer I’ve ever been around. My son who was hurt on his job by slipping on wet floor was contacted by Mr.Duncan. A claim was filed by Mr Duncan however a few days ago a letter was received that he was excusing himself from the case. Did Mr Duncan contact employer about son being hurt on job, no. Did Mr Duncan ask Doctor or hospital about injury, no. To answer both questions the employer said they heard leg snap like rifle and Doctor stated my son needed and MRI.
