Customer feedback summary: 1. I was discussing my daughter’s malpractice case with this firm. It started great, Jack wanted my daughters medical files for the attorneys to review, about three weeks in, I got some important information related to her case, I emailed and left messages at the numbers I’d been given for Jack and Ted, I finally got hold of Ted, but he needed to talk to Jack, apparently had no clue about my case. I finally got hold of Jack to give the info to, hadn’t seen or heard anything I’d emailed or messaged. Was told Jack would make sure Ted saw new information, and I would hear from them in two days, I did not, finally got hold of Jack two days later, and after four weeks of believing they were researching her records, was told they were not taking it, and no explanation given…meanwhile the clock is ticking in the statute of limitations. I did email Ted to ask him why, and of course it was ignored. Very unprofessional, not to mention I chose to tell our horrific story to you, and you treated us like this.
