Annaleigh is wonderful in every way. We often are aware the teacher knows the answers when we start a session — so she can lead or follow with confidence. She creates a space where you can truly be present with yourself and find what works for you. She can be direct when necessary but it's never a directive or a judgment— some of the most useful advice and support I've ever received. I don't even consider my time with her "therapy" in a traditional sense, which is exactly why I enjoy seeing her as much as I do. I've changed much about my life since I started working with her and I wouldn't go back for anything.
