Pleasant Plains Dental: Patient Feedback Analysis Outstanding dental treatment; I was terrified of getting a root canal, yet the whole crew made sure that I was utterly at ease the whole time. Everyone was considerate, patient, and congenial. I strongly support this local business!_call I have spoken with some lady on the phone and she had to be one of the most pleasant people I have ever spoken to. I asked her what her name was and I believe she told me it was Queen or Quin but I could be mistaken. Regardless of her name or what she said, she was so kind. With me having such a serious dental fear she was able to even explain the root canal process and even said if I needed her to hold my hand she didn't mind stepping away from the phone and being there for support. You don't find that type of customer service everywhere. You will definitely be seeing my smile soon! -call This was the best dental experience I’ve encountered in years! I never minded going to the dentist, up until a couple of years ago when I developed sensitivity in my teeth, and it started to hurt and be uncomfortable during my cleanings. The hygienist and dentist were super mindful of my sensitivity and worked with me to find alternative ways to clean that didn’t bother me so much. I also liked the x-ray technician; she was very communicative about everything she was doing for the x-rays and leading me around the office._call The front staff lady (black hair w/ red tips) was very incredibly rude, unprofessional, and uninformed._call Unfortunately, very alarming things from the visit and told nobody in charge to speak to meanwhile front staff hangs up on you…does anyone know who to reach out to? -unknown First-time visit. Very happy with my treatment and appointment for extraction. I said I was cold and was given a thick blanket. I was further offered a pillow for my back. All-round fantastic service by Dr. Strong and her team. Highly recommended.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Nik is fantastic! Perfect outcome on my full mouth reconstruction._tel Fantastic time at the dentist office. I felt very comfortable getting a procedure done and felt like I was being taken care of by family. This office asks me for insurance information but does not even look it up before my appointment. Now I have to wait an extra four months for teeth cleaning. A real shame.
