Customer feedback summary: I settled out of court, and I do not know why. The paperwork states that I showed up to the error with a broken neck but broke my hip. The attorney fees were over 8000 dollars, and I am 35 percent disabled now. Please don’t hire them1. My worst experience with a law firm. At first, they told me they would take my case and I submitted all the required documentation. After over 30 days, they sent me a letter saying they would not take the case. At minimum they could have done a courtesy phone call. They advised me not to take the car to the dealership so now I lost an opportunity to get my car fix2. I cannot thank Ben Putnam and Jeanne Unangst enough for their help in our dispute with our HOA and property management company! It is not easy to find a firm that represents the homeowner in HOA disputes so I was thrilled when I saw the expertise King Law Firm has in this area. From the beginning, Attorney Putnam was communicative, empathetic, and offered great guidance on the best way to move forward. Jeanne always answered my many questions in a timely manner and conveyed what the upcoming steps were without my having to ask. We are breaking ground on our pool this month and it is all thanks to Ben Putnam and Jeanne Unangst!3. If I can give zero stars to this law firm, I absolutely would, this law firm in the beginning will give you false hopes that you have a very strong case. Even after losing you’re case they basically tell you there is not much we can do literally giving you zero options after initially saying you have a great chance to win you’re case. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone the absolute worse4. In 2020 myself and my significant other went to King Law to have wills done. It was a very good experience with lawyer Barbara Henry. Back then they charged a flat rate of $250 each. Unfortunately in 2025 we needed to delete 2 names under property and household goods. We were charged again a consolation fee, even though we were already a client, and a total of $900 to make those two changes. I feel that this was an over the top amount of money to do this, being that they already had the will in their system. I will NEVER go back to that practice because they are way over priced and really didn't do much as I can see. Also, our appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm, which we arrived right on time, but waited almost 10 minutes for the Lawyer to show up, I'm sure I will be charged for the signing as of 1:00pm instead of when she finally made it to the conference room. Dissatisfied is an understatement!! I wouldn't even have given a star, but its required5. I worked with King Law Firm for my workers comp case they got me excellent results when no other firm could6. Professional and productive. Their services are reliable and trustworthy7. Wonderful people to work with. They have favorable payment terms, and their services are top-notch
