In June 2023, a dog attacked me and completely took off part of my lip and did some other injuries to my face. The dog owner and his mother who owned the house where the incident happened, completely cut me out of their life, and took no responsibility. I reached out to Frank Pope, and within less than a week, he drove to Wilmington from Jacksonville to meet with me. I had to have multiple surgeries and laser treatments over the next two years, that helped, but still left me in pain, and permanently disfigured. In the meantime, Mr. Pope and and his office stayed in touch with me and let me know they were trying to get information from the defendants, but they were being uncooperative. As soon as my last medical treatment was completed, the lawfirm filed a lawsuit on my behalf. In less than two weeks of that date, Mr. Pope negotiated with the defendants insurance company, and was able to get a much larger settlement than I ever imagined. All of his office members that I worked with (Amanda, Lauren, and Mandy) were top notch professionals.
