The best! Review 3: Horrible front desk and dentist. Do yourself a favor and go some where else. Review 4: the worst dential experance in my life. I had a bridge put in and one of the teeth supporting the bridge was in infected now I have to get thet tooth removed and a implant put in were the bridge was. The bridge he put in was to wide and he kept grinding it down . but not far enough I was getting food cought in it every time I ate Review 5: My experience with Dr. Landino was not good. When I asked him to be a little more gentle he told me that my options were to be numbed up or go to another dentist. Within 4 four months two fillings fell out. They do great cosmetic work too. Everyone (front desk, dental hygienist, dental assistant, Dr. Landino) is helpful and kind. They really go the extra mile to make sure you understand your options/ treatment plan and make sure you're as comfortable as possible during treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for a dentist/ hygienist in the Lake Norman Area. Review 10: had real bad decay in two teeth that needed crowns and were borderline root canals. Dr. Landino is literally saving my teeth from having to do root canals. Dr. Landino has already saved one of my teeth from a root canal. I have one more to go and hopefully he can save this one too. I will keep my reviews updated as the process continues. I'm a real patient at his office and this guy and his staff are 100 percent HONEST. For example, my insurance sent back an extra 50 dollars. The wonderful ladies at the front desk immediately told me about it . The next visit, I had a credit waiting for me on the next bill. Additionally, the doctor could have sent me out for root canals that were borderline, but he is trying to save my teeth in house. That is the kind of dentist I want to go to . HONEST!!!!!! Folks from the top down this is a professional and HONEST dentist office. If you are skeptical at all , go see Dr. Landino. I'm glad I did. Review 11: Professional, beautiful space and very accommodating. Family oriented Review 12: The kindest dentist I've ever been too, and fit me in on a call back asap that receptionist is boss. The dentist pulled my teeth so smooth it was nice. Review 13: Dr Landino is an excellent dentist and his staff is great. He is a throw back to old school dentistry where it is family run and you are treated like family. He takes good care of everyone and he and his staff genuinely care about their patients. A refreshing change from the corporate owned, money gouging practices that seem to be all over this area. Review 14: 2025 Update: I'm adding this update because the dentist's response was posted two years after my bad experience. His response to my pain, which was pain throughout the entire procedure, was dismissive then and is below. I unfortunately remember the appointment too well. I'm glad to see others have had a better experience and he is changing his approach when necessary. I never returned. 2022 Dr. Landino has some great staff members. Unfortunately, his bedside manner and overall ability to empathize with a patient is severely lacking. I have never been one to fear a visit to the dentist, and I have never had an experience that left me in pain as my last visit to Dr. Landino's office did. I left in tears and made it very clear that my family would not be returning. No effort was made to follow up with me after my appointment. He claims the shot that was intended to numb me for an area he was working on was properly done and he knows that. I am unsure why a caring dentist or a member of his team wouldn't follow up with a clearly distraught patient if they felt his procedure was done properly. His attempt to blame the TMJ, which I have never been diagnosed with, was the only effort he made to alleviate my discomfort. It has been two weeks and I am still experiencing pain on the side where the shot was given, and only on that side. I would avoid this office! There are plenty of other good options in the Lake Norman area. (Note: the majority of the previous reviews were provided prior to Dr. Landino taking over the practice.) Review 15: Dr. Lindino and his staff provide exceptional care and they go the extra mile to make sure you get the care you need when you need it. They coordinated with my prior dentist who wasn’t very responsive or cooperative. It took a lot of follow up, but Dr. Lindino’s staff stayed with it until the end. If anyone has ever had to chase medical records, you know how rare and valuable it is to have an advocate and a partner to get the care you need. Also, Dr. Lindino’s work was fabulous and I am very happy with the outcome.
