If you are looking for a property manager who will actually vet tenants, Keyrenter is not it. They placed people in my home who had zero respect for the property, resulting in constant parties and eventually major water damage due to tenant negligence (intoxication/overflowing toilet).
The most frustrating part was the lack of support. Instead of holding the tenants responsible for the damage they caused, the management team tried to take the tenants' side. I’m only grateful I’ve moved on, but I strongly considered reporting their license. They are a massive liability to any homeowner.
