Feedback Summary: C Ray Joyner was to probate my late husband‘s estate, despite his long-standing reputation in the area. I experienced significant delays ( 2021 to 2024 this present day) and issues throughout the process. I requested important documents, but they were not provide in a timely manner at one point I was told that the will could not be probated, despite having documentation that proved otherwise The lack of communication and failure to address issues, left me in a difficult position still (til this day) unable to proceed with the estate, as my husband wished. I would recommend that future clients ensure a clear communication and set expectations around timelines upfront.
