Faust, Attorney at Law, PLLC. Aggressive- used profanity in office and applied derogatory behavior in court that was not needed. Let's get into some details. Jim was aggressive, arrogant, and used profanity and assaulted my wife and I. He puts down a monetary figure and said you better take what you can get. Throughout the process, his lack of respect to my wife and I (his clients) was highly evident. We did not get close to the original amount he said we would during our consultations. We went to court for his judgment that we received after we had paid all the legal fees he asked for. The court gave us a worthless piece of paper. Our judgment that was supposed to make up for the judgment board's error was null and void. Why would a judge say a judgment he gave was an error and then repeat the judgment? Observing all the events, I believe we should have kept our money. It would have saved us time and energy. Another similar case but for a property I sold. This attorney was unprofessional, did not provide clear instruction, and kicked back paperwork to me right before closing, forcing me to drive 5 hours round trip to re-sign the document. When the house finally closed - he used the first signature anyways! Completely wasted my time and cost me money. He did not own his mistake or offer any apology for lack of clarity.
