ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

Feedback from the clients We had a 1-star rating, but when a customer makes 0 stars possible, this firm deserves it. I called them to ask questions about a deed, and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. I was trying to explain my situation, and she kept cutting me off. She also talked to me like I was incompetent and did not have correct information. She then told me to call back once I had my correct information and hung up on me. I called a different law office (Ralston Benton in Statesville is great) for real estate and had my situation handled within minutes, definitely need to change whoever answers your phones!!
