Feedback Summary: NO NO NO NO NO - DO NOT GO HERE ‼‼ none of these "orthodonists" knew anything about airways or jaw structure development. theyll slap braces on you or suggest pulling your teeth out and inflict you with a palate too small for a full breath forever. if i could give 0 stars i would. i wish i never went here. ruined my life and wasted so much time, money, and misplaced my trust. to your response, what exactly do you think you could do to compensate? will you rewind time to even bother to MENTION the option of widening my narrow palate years ago when i still had a chance? i thought coming to an orthodonist would help fix my face but all you guys wanted was to have some "straight" teeth and not a healthy facial development. all those "professionals" there, not a single one brought this up when they saw me every visit nor the consultations. honor? where? what a joke. Very nice staff, and the consultation was pleasant so I gave 3 stars. However, I took off 2 stars for cost. I would definitely recommend getting a second opinion. Even after insurance, the cost was very high at this office. McClure Orthodontics was over $2,000 less for the same treatment. Braces are expensive, so it is absolutely worth comparing prices before making a decision. There are so many reasons B&M deserve my 5-star review, from our first contact to the last. I reached out to several local orthodontists when I wanted some touch-up work done on my teeth. Within 15 minutes they called me back to set up an appointment. I didn't hear from the other ones on my list for several days. Then when I went in for my consultation, even though the work I needed was minor, they made me feel like I was the most important patient of their week. No kidding. Every single person was friendly, kind, thorough and professional. And they never tried to oversell me on procedures. In fact, they suggested ways I could save a lot of money, which I really appreciated. And the orthodontists themselves have been masterful. They did a bit of adjustment on my teeth that made them look 1000% better. The whole process has been a raunchy rollercoaster. I never realized my teeth were this vibrant. I think you see a theme here. If you're considering orthodontia, I highly suggest you visit them. The consultation is free.
