Client Feedback Summary: 1. My Periodontal Maintenance Cleaning was great. I was taken care of with care, and all staff members were very professional. They took their time to clarify any of my concerns and questions. I was satisfied with the experience and the cleaning. They also worked with me to create a plan and discuss any other concerns I had about my teeth. They were able to deliver partial teeth in just three hours after the appointment. I would recommend anyone to go here for there dental needs. The staff is really sweet and they take there time to make sure your getting the care you need.i needed my teeth fixed and partial teeth placed and they brought my smile back to me.if you need any dental please check them out. I have had several dental emergencies within the last year, it was very traumatic, and they have always been able to get me in quickly and have offered same-day treatment. Their doctors, assistants, and staff are always really nice, I'm very anxious going to the dentist but with their support, it makes me feel safe and I trust them. It also helps me to relax. As someone who has a fear of the dentist, they did an amazing job at easing my anxiety by keeping me informed on all the steps.13. All staff members were courteous. I usually see Dr Presley for my dental needs, however, he was in another office the day of my last appointment. A dentist who I have not met before, Introduced herself and said “because you are an add-on, it will be an hour wait.” I informed her that I had an appointment for a cracked tooth. She came back about 20 minutes later and looked at my X-rays. She spoke to Kia about the plan, using words like “banding”. I asked her if she could explain the plan to me. I asked for other options. She then told Kia to explain it time and left the room. I promptly left the office. If it was not for the expertise of Dr Presley, I would not return to this office.14. Very nice dentist's office. Everyone is welcoming.15. I have been a patient at Dr. Presley's office for over 14 yrs and I must say that he is an excellent dentist. His bedside manners are unmatched. The front office and his staff are highly knowledgeable and very professional.
