We were looking for a house on the water in NC and he helped us for almost 1 year find our perfect place on Kerr Lake! While looking though, we dragged him all over NC- to the East Coast (Bay), lake Gaston, Hyco Lake, and finally Kerr. He was always very helpful, professional, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. 4. Mike Ponsolle is an excellent realtor! (And person!)
