Didn't have to wait long to be seen. I have been to Dr. Mattocks to have teeth extracted, twice. He is so gentle & caring. Office help is slack on making appts. for you. If not for that, I'd give them 5 stars. Please stay away from this place. I took my daughter there for her wisdom tooth they told her they would extract it but when she got there they told her they don't do oral surgery there so they took her money and did absolutely nothing. The doctor was very rude to her as well and he really don't know what he was doing. Very unprofessional playing rap music so loud I thought me and my daughter was at a club or a family gathering. I 100% do not recommend nobody go to this place waste of time and your hard earn money. Went to have a tooth extraction today! I was so nervous.. Dr. Maddox was awesome!! He was very understanding of my fear, and was very calming. Great with the needles too.. I was scared for nothing.. Lol. The office staff was very friendly. Hardly any wait time. Worst Dentist ever. Was getting tooth pulled he broke it off he drilled and chipped it out for one hour. Then he said it was my fault because I was nervous. Never told me once what happened. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Went up there because of a wisdom tooth and he basically acted like I didn't know what I was talking about by trying to say I was out of the age range to be having wisdom teeth coming through and that it was another tooth that was causing problems. Note I went to another dentist and they said I did in fact have one on top, which I already knew that, and one on the bottom that I didn't know I had bc it never came through. But the dentist wanted to do everything else to my teeth rather than tending to what I originally went there for and had me coming up there weekly to do fillings, xrays and a cleaning. This place is a joke. The dentist is very rude ; has a unprofessional attitude! I went yesterday i was trying to explain to him the reason why i came, he talked all over me tried to send me home with antibiotics dont even know what's my situation! I woudnt recommend this dental office. Whoever the new guy running this place is has lost his mind. Im a single mother of 4 kids and he refuses to see more than one of my kids at a time. He has me bringing one a day Monday through Thursday. So that puts me here DAILY when he could at least either see them together or at least 2 at a time. I cannot miss work daily. Ive never been to another dr/dentist that has been this way. Its ridiculous!!! RUN...dont waste your time or money!!!
