They took on what started as a simple job but discovered a homeowner's nightmare, a completely blocked main line that was 95% filled with cement. (Crazy unusual) They were methodical and informative during the discovery and reparation phases of what turned out to be a very challenging and grimy job in 90 degree weather. No complaints from them, just plugged away at the job until its completion. They were courteous, skilled and expert. Bluewater is a reliable service and these guys were the BEST! 6.
