Free consultations for personal injury or wrongful death cases are available, either by phone or in person. In such claims, the majority of the clients are handled on contingency, with our fee coming from the amount we collect on your behalf. We only charge a fee for accident cases if we collect money for you. Minor traffic issues are eligible for free, confidential consultations by telephone. We offer confidential phone consultations for most criminal cases. We charge a fee for an in-person consultation with Mr. Collins. This will be deducted from the retainer, if retained. A few criminal cases handled on hourly are charged at the office rate, except some are set on a flat fee, confirmed in writing before representation commences. We are happy to help. If you cannot come to our office, a phone consultation may be arranged. We do require certain documents to have been completed before the call.
