Happy Monday! Have a great week! It sounds like our customers had a few challenges this week that generally don't happen all at once! From hot water to slow drain problems, it was definitely an eventful week. Thank you to everyone for keeping our team busy. Your feedback is always appreciated and we always celebrate our team members when we can. Here are the customers who provided feedback on Cogar Plumbing for the week of February 7th through February 13th. These are the highlighted comments going over and above each day this week. Customer feedback summary: 1. Lost our hot water this morning. I called Cogar and had a plumber here in 2 hours. Bo quickly analyzed the problems and made the repairs and cleaned up quickly. Cogar Plumbing is the best and I highly recommend them especially Bo. And Happy Birthday, Bo! 2. First of all, the folks here are professional and pleasant to speak and work with. They were prompt and worked with us on a time that worked best. They were not pushy, fixed the shower leak on the spot, and did a few other things that just needed to be done at that moment. Cogar was under 1/2 what we were quoted by a company that gave us incorrect information, pushed unnecessary items, and took ages to return calls. We had a plumber that sold to a larger business, it’s safe to say we have found our new plumber! 3. John came out today and it was such a positive experience.
