Testimonials: This company is horrible. Price increase of monthly service plan with no notice. On top of their harassing you for appointments, when you finally do schedule one, they don’t show up within the 3-hour open window they gave. They also will not call you back when they say they will (20 mins turned into over 2 hours). I called Go Green for a no heat emergency. The woman returned my call 2 hours late with a made-up “we had a meeting” excuse, and said she could get someone out in a couple of days. Thankfully, I was prepared and had already called a reputable company for same-day emergency service. I wish I would’ve called them first. Richard was respectful and responsive. He replaced two GFCIs, which he determined to have been the reason underlying the partial outlet malfunction in our house, in 45 minutes. Kudos!- Lisa R. This is an amazing company with an extremely quick response and was very curious and respectful. The technician was so knowledgeable and very nice. I always like companies that seem like they are concerned and put you first. We’ve gone through a few companies, name-brand companies at that such as blades, Michael, and son,, Deco, - worst company- After Care Specialist Canter Power. This company has my business, and I am glad I chose them. - Dina H. Randall and Nick were extremely courteous and did an excellent job installing our new EV charger. They were on time, explained the work required and the work they completed. – Tommy M. Johnathan was on time and professional. He communicated well and listened to what I needed. There was an unforeseen issue with our shower cartridge replacement, and he was able to give us a good option for getting that replaced. - Emily K. On August 4, 2026, I had the annual plumbing inspection of my home. The inspection was conducted by Go Green technicians Jalen P. and Aaron K. They were friendly, were courteous and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service they provided. The inspection was very thorough and executed with the same level of care as they would treat their own homes. A couple of issues were found, one expected and the other a surprise, but both were described in detail with photos and the estimate for repairs was also detailed and clear. The work was undertaken that same day and completed to my satisfaction. While some technicians are merely employees, both Jalen and Aaron proved to be true craftsmen who take pride in their work. This was something that brought peace of mind to me as their client. I will definitely recommend Go Green Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical to anyone who needs service at home. – Michael S.
