I had lip injections done here and it was botched job. It caused what looks like dark broken capillaries above my lip and it didn't take long for the juvederm to migrate to the area above my lip instead of in my lips which isn't a good look. Thinking Juvederm typically only last 18 months I thought it would dissolve on it's own but when it didn't, I spoke to my current medical spa about it and was told I should contact the person that did the injections to see if they would be willing to dissolve it for me. She said if it had been her that done it, she would dissolve it for free and any reputable provider will correct their mistakes. She also advised me that this would not dissolve on it's own. I called Revitalize Med Spa about this, they requested pictures and then told me because it had been nearly 2 years since my injection, they were not willing to do anything. Then I was snarkly told that maybe my current provider could dissolve it for me. So now, after I wasted hundreds on having this done I have to spend a few hundred more to have it removed because it migrated. Why request pictures when they knew the timeframe beforehand? This place is all about the money and when they mess you up, they aren't willing to fix it. Beware.
