When I called back to verify, they said, "we're sorry, but we don't operate in Florida". This did not apply to my situation at all, as it was an ND case. I explained this to them, but they said they were sorry and didn't want to help with it and hung up. I will never recommend them. Thanks for nothing- Absolute disgrace to the profession!12.
