CAS is currently running a filler special at 50% off for up to 2 syringes, so I booked an appointment with them. I've had filler a few times over the years, under my eyes & around my mouth, from a couple of other reputable places in Fargo, and had great results. I was hoping to get filler under my eyes as the hollows have deepened over the years - but they don't have a staff member skilled enough to treat this area, so they don't do it. I then asked about getting filler in the nasolabial folds, and they said that my skin was too saggy that I would either need skin tightening treatments first (that they offer, as luck would have it!) or I would need MULTIPLE syringes of filler and they would need to fill up my whole dang face first - cheeks, etc., otherwise the filler would just sink. SO, according to CAS, I am too old at 52 & my skin is too saggy, to get a very small amount of filler in my nasolabial folds. For the record, I have normal, minimal sagging that occurs at my age, and just the smallest hint of jowls starting. So I left and booked an appointment with my previous clinic that knows what they're doing & doesn't try to bilk me out of a thousands of dollars first in order for me to take advantage of their 50% off promo.
