He would not fight them. Or Evan talk to me about how my rights were violated. Jim Wagner did not go over my PSI with me. The secretary handed it to me and told me to take it home and read it I read that your lawyer is supposed to go over it with you. I was the only one that got a felony charge. Everyone else got misdaminers. Now I am stuck with probation. I have no car. And can not walk to probation office. He never cared about me. He came to my sentencing date. Late and Drunk.
