Well, I paid Steffens Law $1,400 to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy case, after I had paid they came back to me with information that the case was not able to be process because of cash on hand, they informed me to spend my cash on hand to be able to file chapter 7, basically putting me in a situation of always over the financial threshold to file, this information should have been explained in the beginning during consultation before $1,400 was paid, instead they held my payment for 11 months, after requesting a refund for services not provided to me, was charged $500 for work done which wasn't detailed in the cases contract, did not provide any invoice of explanation of charges. Downright theft don't trust these theifs.
