About Cambiar Real Estate Group L.L.C. Cambiar Real Estate Group is owned and operated by Tim & Christy Leatherman. Tim has been a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has a degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, a degree in Finance & Banking, a degree in Investment Science & Portfolio Management, and a degree in Commerical Real Estate Finance. Tim has been involved in and around real estate his entire life. He grew up in a family that owned rental real estate, and he had his first experience with tenant relations at a young age. While attending college, he worked full-time for a large management company. That is where he learned the details of how to manage income producing properties. Our current focus is on higher end residential rental properties and smaller commercial properties. We will go outside of West Omaha for properties if it makes sense. Our portfolio of available properties is constantly changing. Property management is a moving target as we have to manage the properties that are owned but still look for the next deal. We provide many services including management services, leasing services, market analysis, and tenant screening. Many companies in town offer these services but we are different.
