Sarah answers the phone and has gone way above and beyond to get me in touch with a human whatever it takes. I have called several times and never once was I forwarded to voicemail and that's a plus for this man because there is nothing I hate more than voicemail. Explain the situation. Was told they would forward to lawyer. It’s been 6 weeks and nothing! I have called several times primarily to keep informed of the status and to see if they would take case! Several times I was told they would get back to me and nothing. Instead of blowing me off a simple “no” not interested would be the professional way of handling it! I have never known a business that doesn’t like revenue! Would highly recommend you seek other representation other than this unprofessional law firm! This process has been very painful and I am extremely disappointed. They fought hard to get me out of prison via Compassionate Release Motion. I was under extreme duress by the BOP's response to COVID inter alia and these guys went above and beyond to get me early release. Although they didn't win my case, they gave it their all.
